Challenge

The company, leader in the italian market, wanted to raise conversion rates with messages and content making users feel like they are in the right place. 

Results

Through qualitative analysis (i.e. interviews, user testing, expert analysis) and quantitative analysis (web analytics), we identified three User Personas describing users browsing the website. 

Defining clusters among users allowed the team to:

  • Understand and group different kinds of website visitors. 
  • Create messages that engage users and eliminate friction points. 
  • Provide users with a better experience on their platform.
