Internal communication is one of our pillars. A constant feedback system helps us to cultivate an environment in which confrontation becomes an opportunity for growth.
Periodically, our Board share with each other the points discussed so that everyone knows what our goal is and what we are doing to reach it.
1% for good
We donate 1% of our turnover each year to charities proposed by Pillers and devote 40 hours of our time supporting social realities with pro bono work.
Flexibility and Smart Working
There is no one place to work well. We guarantee working flexibility with regard to work location, holidays and leave, working to objectives and not hours in the office. Working from home must be equally comfortable for everyone, which is why we equip every Piller with a screen with a stand to safeguard their posture and eyesight.
Training (for real)
We allocate a part of the budget and 8 working hours each month to individual and team training through online courses, live training, book purchases and Community of Practice.

The "Day" and the "Week"
The best thing to say at work is ‘today was really fun’. Every year we organise a week out of town (in summer) and a day out of office (in winter) dedicated to workshops and fun to strengthen relationships.

Hiring process
It is not easy to choose future colleagues with whom we will share the office but also leisure time: we prefer to devote the right amount of time to them, without limiting ourselves to cold webcam interviews.
